Cancellation policy:

The cancellation conditions for reservations at De Haebeeckhoeve are as follows:

1. Cancellations must be reported in writing (by e-mail) to De Haebeeckhoeve.

2. The following cancellation conditions apply to individual reservations:

- If you cancel well in advance, no additional costs will be charged, but please report them immediately.

- No-shows are considered a cancellation and will be charged the full amount of the total stay, provided there was no valid reason for the no-show.

3.. In the event of an emergency, such as serious illness or death of a family member, De Haebeeckhoeve can make exceptions to the cancellation policy. Guests are asked to report the situation as soon as possible.

By making a reservation at De Haebeeckhoeve, you agree to these cancellation conditions.
