General and/or booking conditions:

The following general and booking conditions apply to all reservations at De Haebeeckhoeve:

1. Reservation:

- To make a reservation, you must contact De Haebeeckhoeve via email, telephone or our online booking system.

- All reservations are subject to availability and must be confirmed by us.

2. Payment:

- A deposit may be required to secure your reservation. Payment terms will be provided when making the reservation.

- The remaining amount must be paid upon arrival, unless otherwise agreed.

3. Cancellation:

- Cancellation policies vary depending on the type of accommodation and the period of your stay. These will be provided when making the reservation.

- In the event of cancellation, any deposits will not be refunded, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Check-in and check-out:

- Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out must take place before 11:00 AM. If you wish to check in earlier or check out later, please discuss this with us in advance.

5. Number of guests:

- The number of guests staying in the accommodation must not exceed the number specified when booking, unless otherwise agreed.

6. House Rules:

- Guests must adhere to the house rules of De Haebeeckhoeve, as stated in our house rules.

7. Liability:

- De Haebeeckhoeve is not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal property of guests during their stay.

- Guests are liable for any damage caused to the accommodation or property of De Haebeeckhoeve during their stay.

8. Force majeure:

- De Haebeeckhoeve is not liable for any form of force majeure that leads to cancellation or change of your reservation, such as natural disasters, fire, strikes, etc.

By making a reservation at De Haebeeckhoeve, you agree to these general and booking conditions.
